Tony will talk to the owner to see if we could do a fund-raiser there. Doug thinks we should vote on the judging situation at the banquet. It needs to be determined if we want judges up top or down on the track. We need to vote on whether we want a 12-race series or two 6-race series. The Board of Directors should be voted on at the banquet also. Doug delivered the letter to Alan Johnson and Jim Beachy requesting they be our featured speakers at the banquet. We will know for sure in a couple days, but it is looking good. Dirt Week - Mike will be flagging that day. Missy will take care of getting the trophies. First through fifth place will be listed on the trophies with qualifier written for 6th place and down. An ad will be in the Area Auto Racing News. Doug has made a tenative schedule for next year. This needs further discussion and the schedule needs to be done early this year. Banquet - $15.00 for adults and $10.00 for kids under 10, free for drivers.
