Minutes - Wednesday, June 4, 2003
The meeting was called to order by Club President Doug Gwilt.
Motion to accept the minutes from last meeting by Rick Zacharias, seconded by Mike Ferguson.
DISCUSSION:
Pizza Fund Raiser: Tony Romano will get prices and packet with information from Little Caesar's Pizza. Customers would pre-pay for pizza.
Track Lighting: Someone from Niagra Mohawk will be coming to re-aim the lights. Tom Wilcox Jr suggested we look into purchasing new lights.
Pig Roast: Bob Forbes will speak with the same person who did the pig last year. Mike Darmento will check on the exact cost of the roast from last year, noting the cost for the pig was $300.00. Tony suggested getting pulled pork from Kelly Marie's Cafe at a cost of approximately $125.00 for 75 pounds. The tenative menu would be pulled pork or whole pig, corn, hamburgers, hot dogs, salads, and soda.
Rain Date: June 22 is the rain date for the Mother's Day washout.
Marcellus Home Days: Mike Ferguson suggested possibly setting up a table at this event on Saturday, June 7 to advertise the club.
Lug Nut Night: Tony stated that Kelly Marie's Cafe has been drawing about 25 cars on Saturday nights. If anyone would like to show their cars, she would love to have us.
The next meeting will be held July 2, 2003.
